Active Crossover
DX-1B is a dual mono-block, single-channel analog active crossover.
The entire crossover operation is carried out purely via analog circuitry, ensuring no loss of details caused by digital-analog or analog-digital conversions. DX-1B features a 20dB adjustable range with a precision of 1dB and includes 4 crossover points, allowing each channel to support adjustments for up to 5 channels. Crossover points can be easily modified by replacing different crossover cards.
The DX-1B dual mono-block crossover employs a separate power supply, pioneering the use of switching power supplies to achieve AC-DC conversion. It can operate within a wide voltage range of 80-280V, completely resolving the power supply challenge that audiophiles find most difficult to address.

- Hot-swappable and replaceable crossover cards.
- The data is measured when used as a full-range buffer. The performance of each channel's THD+N varies significantly depending on the crossover parameters.
- Due to the attenuation in the stopband caused by the crossover, the THD+N performance is typically better than its nominal specifications.
